The Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming hopes to have its new $10.3 million casino open by spring 2006.
The tribe already broke ground on the 40,000-square-foot facility. Financing is needed to continue the project, the casino's chief executive officer said.
Tribal leaders are celebrating after the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, for the second time, affirmed the tribe's gaming rights.
