The Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming is expanding its current casino in addition to building a new one.
The tribe plans to add nearly 100 Class II machines by the end of the month. The Wind River Casino will now have 350 machines.
Separately, the tribe plans to open a new $10.3 million casino by Christmas. The tribe hopes to obtain approval to offer Class III games. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals held a
rehearing on the dispute in May after
siding with the tribe last year.
