A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed against the Morongo Band of Mission Indians over the closure of high-end restaurants, clubs and bars at the tribe's casino.
The N9ne Group claims the tribe unilaterally closed its businesses at the new $250 million Morongo Casino Resort and Spa. But the judge ruled she had no jurisdiction to hear the suit and urged the parties to work out the dispute.
The tribe says it terminated N9ne's lease at the request of the company.
