A controversial proposal for an off-reservation casino in the Twin Cities will be up for review again in the Minnesota Legislature this week.
The project between the state and the Leech Lake, Red Lake and White Earth bands of Ojibwe cleared a House committee last week. It will go before two more committees on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Also being considered is a bill to add slot machines to a racetrack in the Twin Cities area.
