Contra Costa, California, Supervisors will vote on a resolution that condemns three off-reservation casinos proposed in the Bay Area.
The Lytton Band of Pomo Indians, the Guidiville Band of Pomos and the Scotts Valley Band of Pomos have proposed gaming facilities within eight miles of each other.
County supervisor Gayle Uilkema says communities won't be able to handle the development.
The vote on the resolution will take place Tuesday. The San Francisco Chronicle predicts it will pass unanimously.
