The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma has made yet another deal for an out-of-state casino in Ohio.
This time, it's in the city of Lorain, where a $100 million casino resort is being proposed. The tribe agreed to a two-year option for the $6 million purchase of six acres on the Lake Erie shore.
The tribe already has a deal with the city of Monroe and is working on one with the city of Botkins. The tribe is eyeing up to nine sites, possibly one in Cleveland.
