Five more Oklahoma tribal-state gaming compacts were published in the Federal Register this week.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs approved compacts for the Choctaw Nation, Chickasaw Nation, Quapaw Tribe, the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, and Eastern Shawnee Tribe. This brings the total number of compacts approved to nine.
The tribes can now offer Class III card games and other electronic games. Some already began operation as soon as the compacts were published.
