Rincon Band ready to unveil casino expansion

The Rincon Band of Mission Indians of California will debut a $165 million expansion of its casino on Monday.

The new facility includes a 650-room hotel and 21-story tower. The tribe will operate upwards of 1,600 slot machines.

The tribe's first casino opened in January 2001 under chairman John Currier, who was just re-elected to a fourth term.
