Schwarzenegger raises no money in gaming war

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) hasn't raised any money for his campaign to defeat two gaming initiatives.

After signing five new gaming compacts, Schwarzenegger vowed to defeat Proposition 70, sponsored by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, and Proposition 68, sponsored by the card club and racetrack industry. But as of Monday, he hadn't raised any contributions.

Aides previously said he would try to raise upwards of $20 million. So far, tribes contributed Proposition 70 has $10 million and another $15 million to an anti-Proposition 68 campaign.
