The Rincon Band of Mission Indians will debut a $168 million expansion of its casino on Monday.
The project includes a 21-story hotel, making it the tallest building in San Diego County outside downtown San Diego. With 650 rooms, the tribe has the most rooms of any tribal casino in the state.
The resort now boasts a health spa and fitness center, meeting rooms, 14,000 square feet of additional casino floor space, a pool and an indoor-outdoor restaurant.
