The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska has negotiated a new gaming compact with the state of Iowa.
The tribe operates the casino on trust land in Iowa. The existing compact wasn't set to expire until December 31, 2006, but the tribe wanted to renegotiate in order to expand the casino.
