The Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribe of South Dakota is expanding its casino with the help of another tribe.
The $15 million project is being financed with loans from the
Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Tribe of Minnesota. The Shakopees own a successful casino in the Twin Cities area.
The expansion project includes a 92-room, $7.9 million hotel and an indoor 1,500-seat concert hall.
