Leaders of the Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming expect to gain federal approval to conduct Class III games.
The tribe sought a Class III compact but the state refused. A subsequent lawsuit found that the tribe has a right to offer certain games.
The tribe then asked the Interior Department for a license, which tribal leaders say could be approved by the end of the month. The tribe has plans for a new casino.
