Only one tribe has agreed to meet with Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) to discuss gaming.
Pawlenty wrote tribes on October 12 demanding $350 million in casino revenues. If tribes don't agree, he said he would open the state to non-Indian gaming.
Leech Lake Chairman George Goggleye is the only one to respond to the letter. But he says he isn't going to talk about Pawlenty's deal, he wants to discuss his tribe's proposal for an urban casino.
Most tribal leaders say they aren't interested in renegotiating their compacts.
