Two Kansas tribes have negotiated a compact for the first urban casino in the state.
The Kickapoo Tribe and the Sac and Fox Tribe plan a $210 million hotel and casino in Kansas City. They have agreed to share revenues from the facility with the state, as well as revenues from their existing reservation casinos.
An announcement of the compact will be made today.
