The appeals court of the Seneca Nation of New York has ruled that the corporations operating the tribe's casinos are unconstitutional.
Tribal members unhappy with the way casino profits are being used brought the case.
They won a decision that said the tribal council should control all actions and money
Seneca Nation President Rickey L. Armstrong Sr. disagrees and says the corporations should be in charge. If the decision is appealed, it will be decided by the tribal council.
