The Wisconsin Supreme Court's decision against new tribal-state gaming compacts has already hurt one tribe.
The Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians dropped plans for a $22 million casino since the investor pulled out of the project. Chairman Ray DePerry said an an Illinois bank backed out due to the ruling.
The tribe wanted to start construction this year but has put everything on hold.
