The Oneida Nation of New York plans to serve liquor at its casino resort.
The tribe is asking the state for a liquor license. According to The Syracuse Post-Standard, the state has a right to regulate the sale and distribution of alcohol on the reservation.
The tribe plans to offer alcohol at its casino, two hotels and two golf courses.
