A Republican lawmaker in Oklahoma says his GOP colleagues won't vote for a tribal gaming compact bill unless changes are made.
Rep. Wayne Pettigrew says racetracks need to be able to offer more electronic casino games.
He also wants to limit the compact to 10 years instead of 15 years and wants more money to go into the states' general fund instead of going to education.
The bill, SB553, passed the Senate last week. But Democrat leaders in the House say they don't have enough votes.
