Suspended Seminole Chief Jim Billie on Wednesday was sued by his own tribe for a questionable business deal.

The tribe says Billie and an ex-top aide lost $20 million of tribal funds in an illegal stock scheme. The tribe says $350 million in trades were made using tribal money.

Billie's business deals, including forays into Central and South America, have been questioned by tribal members in recent months. The FBI and the IRS are said to be investigating various activities of Billie and crew.
