Former education secretary giving up gambling

Former Reagan administration Education secretary William J. Bennett said he will no longer gamble after reports showed he spent $8 million at casinos.

Bennett is known as a moral crusader and was the author of "The Book of Virtues." His political allies condemned gambling but he never did.
