REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL “RFP”- Consultant/Contractor for assessment, abatement and removal of contaminated structure “John Capture Center” {JCC) & will perform a NEPA assessment of the JCC property. The consultant/contractor will also perform the assessment of “Former commodity building “on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. The Fort Belknap Indian Community 11FBIC1′ is soliciting proposals for a consultant/contractor for assessment, abatement & removal of contaminated structure included in the Brownfields 128{a} Infrastructure Investment &Jobs Act {IUA} grant awarded to the FBIC. The complete RFP package provides the specifications & requirements for prospective applicants to complete a proposal. The JCC site is located at 129 John Capture Road in Hays, MT & the Former Commodity building is located at 2222 Food Farm Ave Harlem, MT. The lead Project Manager must meet EPA’s requirements of a Qualified Environmental Professional “QEP” as defined in 40 CFR $ 312.10. The remedial action & disposal of materials must be conducted in accordance with US Environmental Protection Agency “EPA” regulations, FBIC solid & hazardous regulations, and MT laws/regulations.
