The Indian Health Service has updated its coronavirus testing data, showing results as of 11:59 pm Eastern on April 27, 2020.
According to the data, a total of 28,896 tests have been administered within the IHS system. Of those, 3,106 have returned positive for COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. The figure represents an increase of about 4.5 percent from the 2,973 cases previously reported.
