The next hearing in the CARES Act lawsuit takes place at 3pm Eastern on April 24, 2020.

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia recommends dialing in ahead of time. The phone lines have enough capacity for about 1,000 people.
At stake is the $8 billion coronavirus relief fund promised to tribal governments. A federal judge will decide whether for-profit Alaska Native corporations can receive a share of the funds, as the Trump administration has determined.
The case is Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation v. Mnuchin. The plaintiffs are 11 tribes that oppose the inclusion of the Native corporations in the fund:

A second CARES Act lawsuit has been filed by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, Oglala Sioux Tribe and the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. Their case, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe v. Mnuchin, has been consolidated with the first one so their issues will be heard as well on Friday afternoon.
