A March 25, 2020, video message from Chairman Ladd Edmo of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes.

“As of today, there are no confirmed cases of tribal members having contracted the COVID-19 disease,” Edmo said.

The tribe has rescheduled its primary election in order to slow the spread of the coronavirus in Idaho, Edmo said.

“The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes will overcome this crisis but only if we work together and follow recommendations,” the chairman added.
