A March 25, 2020, video message from President Rodney Bordeaux of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. Bordeaux declared a COVID-19 emergency on the reservation earlier this month in order to slow the spread of the coronavirus in South Dakota.

“We are not invincible so if you can, stay at home,” Bordeaux said.
