A March 18, 2020, message from Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino:
Dear Guests of Mystic Lake and Little Six,
We are currently going through an unprecedented period in our country and across the world, and we have been working diligently to remain ahead of this quickly evolving situation. Our first priority is how this impacts the lives of our valued team members and guests.
We have determined that it is in the best interest of our team members and guests to temporarily close Mystic Lake and Little Six casinos, as everyone’s health and well-being is paramount. Both properties will suspend operations at noon on Wednesday, March 18.
Mystic Lake and Little Six will close for 14 days and conditions will be reassessed before a reopening date is announced. The closure of Mystic Lake and Little Six has also prompted us to close Mystic Lake Hotel for the same temporary period. Any upcoming hotel reservations through April 30, 2020 will be automatically canceled and refunded. If you have questions, please contact our Call Center at 800-264-2821.
During these extraordinary times, we are committed to supporting our team members with up to two weeks of pay during this temporary closure.
I am truly grateful for you, our guests, and our valued team members. Please take care of yourselves, each other and your families.
