Veteran musher killed in accident

TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2002 Veteran musher Fred Jordan was killed Saturday in a snowmachine accident. He was 53. Jordan was hit by a runaway, driverless snowmachine in Huslia, his daughter told The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner. He was there to watch the village's sled dog race. Jordan was born and raised in the village of Tanana. Get the Story:
