FRIDAY, JANUARY 11, 2002 "I've stopped being surprised by folks who want to blame harvest for the shape wild salmon stocks are in these days. I guess it's just one of those things that people believe -- like toads causing warts -- regardless of the facts. The most recent example appeared in a Dec. 30 Post-Intelligencer editorial.
