AUGUST 4, 2000 The Green Party Presidential team of Ralph Nader and Winona LaDuke are suing the Oklahoma State Election Board in order to get on the November ballot. The suit alleges Oklahoma law places an unfair burden on independents. The pair failed to collect the mininum number of peitions required. The two recently qualified to appear on the ballot in Montana. Get the Story:
