MAY 15, 2000 Former National Miss Indian USA Anna McKibben and Grace Thorpe are campaigning to put Grace's father, legendary athlete Jim Thorpe on a box of the Wheaties breakfast cereal. So far, they have had little success with General Mills, the makers of the cereal. Thanks to heavy publicity made on the Internet, Jim Thorpe was voted Athlete of the Century in a ABC Sports poll.
