WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27, 2002 Some say it is ugly and too complex but a proposal to change Minnesota's flag was rejected by a legislative panel on Tuesday. State Sen. Ed Oliver wanted to create a task force to study the flag, which currently features an Indian on a horse, a farmer, 19 stars, a wreath, a waterfall, a sunset and other designs. Get the Story:
