Hendricks: Is Wyandotte chief bluffing?

FRIDAY, APRIL 26, 2002 "Is he bluffing, or does Chief Leaford Bearskin really intend to open that casino-in-a-trailer-park across from City Hall in Kansas City, Kan.? "We're not bluffing," said the duly elected head of the Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma. "We're going to put machines downtown." Going to? The slots are already there. Two hundred were delivered this month to the old Masonic Temple on Seventh Street. While the building is being renovated, Bearskin promises to set up operations in six mobile homes on the grounds.
