Casino employee pleads guilty to theft

TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2002 A former employee of the Mohegan Tribe pleaded guilty on Monday to stealing from the Connecticut tribe's casino. Harlan Gahner faces 15 years in prison for larceny and money laundering charges. He was reported to have taken more than $800,000 from the casino, where he worked as a money counter. Get the Story:
