MONDAY, MARCH 4, 2002 The Supreme Court last month declined to review the state of Idaho's attempt to force tribes to pay state gasoline tax. The decision affects the Coeur d'Alene Tribe and others who won the case before the Idaho Supreme Court. The tribes are expecting to receive refunds for the taxes they paid prior to the decision.
