MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2002 The Bush administration may not like the compact the Jena Band of Choctaws signed with the state of Louisiana but that doesn't mean the tribe is giving up. The tribe, recognized in 1995, doesn't have a reservation. So when one is finally established, a casino will definitely be in the works, the tribe says. Get the Story:
