WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2002 The Penobscot Nation and the Passamaquoddy Tribe of Maine are discussing opening casino in the state. The tribes have met with officials in the town of Kittery in southern Maine to discuss the idea. Kittery is best known as an outlet shopping area that draws customers from three states. Kittery is about an hour north of downtown Boston, Massachusetts. Get the Story:
