Native corp buys new plot

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2001 Cook Inlet Region Inc., an Alaska Native regional corporation, has purchased a six-acre plot in East Anchorage and might be moving all of its operations to the site, said CEO Mark Kroloff. No decision has been made to do so but the land was purchased for that reason, said Kroloff. CIRI oversees non-profits including Cook Inlet Tribal Council and the Cook Inlet Housing Authority which are housed in various places in the city. Get the Story:
