THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2002 The Oneida Nation of New York is criticizing the comments of a man running for Congress because he said he wants to terminate the legal status of all tribes. Rodger Potocki is a member of the Upstate Citizens for Equality, an anti-treaty rights and anti-sovereignty group opposed to the Oneida land claim and other jurisdiction and taxation issues.
