APRIL 30, 2001 The Department of Treasury isn't the only agency destroying government documents despite court orders against doing so. US District Judge Royce Lamberth ordered the Environmental Protection Agency on January 19 to preserve all documents related to a lawsuit filed by a conservative legal group. Yet former EPA head Carol Browner ordered her computer hard drive erased, but the exact date of when she requested her files deleted is disputed. Lamberth is the same judge presiding over the trust fund lawsuit. Get the Story:
