U.S. regains seat on human rights panel

TUESDAY, APRIL 30, 2002 The United States was voted back on the U.N. Human Rights Commission on Monday. The U.S. was kicked off last year, the first time since the panel was created in 1947. The seat will restore the ability to introduce resolutions to the commission. Get the Story:
