Is it Friday already? That means it's time for the weekly list of the movers and shakers in Indian Country and beyond.

The Winners
Idaho Tribes - For the second week in a row, you're on top. But will voters pass your gaming resolution? Keep your fingers crossed.

Indian criminals - State and federal buildings are free reign! Just kidding. Really.

Chickasaw Nation - How do you get the Bureau of Indian Affairs to do your bidding? Other tribes are dying, literally, to know.

Native Students - Congratulations on your latest test scores. Keep up the good work!

The Losers
Oklahoma Tribes - It takes you 10 years to get land taken into trust but one of your fellow tribes can get it done in just one day. There's something fishy here!

Connecticut Lawmakers - Do we really need another Congressional probe into federal recognition? Or are you going to keep requesting them until you get the answer you want to hear?

Kelly Haney - Sorry about the loss in the Oklahoma primary. We guess voters didn't want full blood!

FBI - Why don't you just say you erased the terrorist e-mails, just like the Department of Interior did?

In The Middle
Gale Norton - You've been quiet lately but a contempt decision just might wake you up.

Phil Hogen - Is the Bush administration shuffling you off to another job? Only time, and the Federal Register, will tell!

Salmon - So much money but not enough progress. We say breach those dams!
