JANUARY 18, 2001 Outgoing Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson will order the permanent shutdown of the Fast Flux Test Facility on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington this week, a Department of Energy spokesman said on Wednesday. Richardson, a former New Mexico Congressman and UN ambassador, next plans on teaching a course the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Get the Story:
