Health authorities in South Dakota confirmed a fourth case of HIV infection they say is linked to a college student at Si Tanka-Huron University.

Nikko Biteramos, an 18-year-old freshman, faces five counts of intentional HIV exposure. His case has prompted testing of hundreds of students at the college, which is owned by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, and others in the area.
