WEDNESDAY, JULY 9, 2003 It's she said, she said over in Caddo Nation country as the tribe prepares to go to the polls Saturday. Chairwoman LaRue Parker is running for a third term but opponents say she is spreading lies about them in a mailing to tribal members Parker says her opponents are spreading lies about her on a website for tribal members.
