Work on new tribal college campus to begin

TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2003 Construction on a new campus for the Navajo Nation's Dine College will begin with a $3.5 million contract to a construction firm. Phase 1 of the project was completed two years ago but Phase 2 is only just beginning. The plans call for 11 classrooms and an administrative complex. Total cost is estimated at $40 million, with funding coming from the federal government. Construction will occur in five phases. Get the Story:
