S.D. tribal college offers new degree program

TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2003 The tribal college on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota is offering a new program in vocational rehabilitation counseling. The college will offer a bachelor of arts degree in the subject. Scholarships are available for up to eight students who want to enter the program this fall. Get the Story:
