THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2003 The Heart of the Earth Center for American Indian Education in Minneapolis disputed allegations that financial records were destroyed. School officials said allegations reported by State Rep. Matt Entenza in his recent report on charter schools. Heart of the Earth Principal Darlene Leiding acknowledged that some school records were shredded but denied telling Entenza that financial or audit records were destroyed. Get the Story:
