$50K reward offered in case of slain tribal member

MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2003 The family of a deceased member of the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Tribe of North Dakota is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the resolution of his homicide. Russell Turcotte, 19, went missing last summer on his way back from Michigan to his home in Montana. He was last heard from during a stop in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Turcotte was beaten to death and his body was recovered in early November. There are no suspects. Get the Story:
