Okla. tribe forging ahead with N.Y. plans

TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2003 The Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma says it doesn't plan to stop construction of a bingo hall in New York. The tribe claims ancestral rights to the land. The local county says it will order the tribe to demolish the building if the tribe's claim is rejected in the courts. Get the Story:
